Creating together

Respecting the past –
developing the future

Since the year 2001, Development Partner has been one of the leading developers of commercial properties and office buildings in the most central and sought-after areas of German cities. The company gives investors the opportunity, within the scope of their projects, to participate in the success of these real-estate developments.

Development Partner therefore sees itself first and foremost as an entrepreneurial developer. We regard our partners not just as clients and investors, but as part of our team. This makes it possible for us to develop projects that set standards in terms of their quality, their success and how they are perceived by the public sphere.

Knowledge is something that can be enlarged by sharing. More can be achieved by joining forces than alone. These simple principles are the foundation upon which Development Partner builds. We are convinced that collaborating closely is the key to mastering challenges, accomplishing visions and shaping the future.

The bigger the challenge,
the more important the partner.

Working together

Profitability, punctuality, market relevance, aesthetics – the complex requirements of a demanding, market-driven real-estate developments require the intense collaboration of specialists who complement and inspire one another. And they require a financially strong, reliable partner: Development Partner.

The continued success of the company is based on its ability to adapt to changing market conditions as well as changing requirements during the development process. Individual, location-based concepts, high construction quality and sensitivity to the character of the surrounding area ensure the long-term success of our clients, their buildings and the commercial tenants.

Developing values

Strategic focus

As a conceptually strong, medium-sized company, Development Partner focuses on project developments in the following core segments:

  • Commercial buildings in very good inner-city retail locations in big German cities
with populations of between approx. 80,000 and 100,000.
  • Office buildings in sought-after locations in Germany’s “Big Seven” cities.

We also consider other project developments on a case-by-case basis.
